DMCA Policy
Prince Edward Children ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
This policy outlines the information required to submit infringement notifications and counter-notifications to Prince Edward Children.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Prince Edward Children website, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Prince Edward Children may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
